The genesis of Shikhar Yuva Manch

(SYM) traces back to the year 1997, a time when a group of young individuals, aged merely 16, came together with a shared vision of creating positive change in their communities. Inspired by a deep sense of social responsibility and fueled by their passion for service, these young pioneers embarked on a journey to address the pressing issues faced by rural and tribal areas in India.

Driven by a desire to empower the marginalized and uplift the underprivileged, these founding members of SYM recognized the transformative power of grassroots initiatives. They understood that real change begins at the local level, within the hearts and homes of communities.

With unwavering determination, SYM set out to make a difference, starting with humble beginnings and a handful of dedicated individuals. Their journey was marked by countless challenges and obstacles, but their resolve remained unshakable.

As they navigated the complexities of grassroots development work, SYM forged partnerships with like-minded organizations, government agencies, and community stakeholders. Together, they pooled their resources, expertise, and passion to create innovative solutions to age-old problems.
